Shipping Availability & Delivery Time
Kimbion ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East / Russia, and most European countries. Delivery time is calculated as the total of order processing time plus shipping time.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch):
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 9–13 business days
- Middle East / Russia: 9–13 business days
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or special regions (such as Iceland). Any applicable fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to Ukraine.
- We do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain regions including Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and specific island territories.

Order Tracking
After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to show the first tracking update.
You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or use a third-party tracking tool such as 17TRACK.
Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Returns and Refunds
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In these cases, Kimbion will cover all return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned, except where required by law:
- Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order products
- Light bulbs or consumable accessories
- Items not in original condition or packaging
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Information
1. Lamp Dimming
Whether a lamp is dimmable depends on the specific product. Please refer to the product specifications on the product page for the most accurate information. If you need confirmation or customization, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Cable Length
The standard cable length is approximately 100–150 cm. Extended cables (up to 800 cm) are available upon request at no additional cost. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance if you need a longer cable.
3. Voltage Compatibility
All lamps are supplied according to the voltage standards of the destination country:
- 110V–120V: United States, Canada, Mexico, etc.
- 220V–240V: United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, and most other regions
